Wow! Outside to run! A beautiful day - sunny and mid 70s Left from here w/ the credit card & small package to take to UPS for work. Ran it there, dropped it off & then did laps around the Walmart area. Stopped at Nate's to see about recruiting for my neighborhood group for Cleanup Columbia. They gave me water. :) Also said they'd help. So, not a super heavy workout, but I'm either getting a cold or allergies and plus the head issue so I figured this would be good. I enjoyed it. Fun to combine a run with practical and community things.
