600m recovery 3:20 / 3:40 .
6x 30sec hill sprints.
2 mile cool down.
Had a hard time keeping focused today, found my self running slow not because I was tired but just board running laps on track. I felt good, should have been able to run sub 10 minute 3000's not a very good day.
