Really dead this morning, just could not get going.
Weight is down, last 2 days did good sticking to my meal plan. If I stay on top of eating the right foods at the right time I dont get hungry and over eat.

Post Morning Run: Hammer Whey With Recoverite
Breakfast: 16oz strawberry, apple Juice
Snack:2 x13 oz carrot, spinach, cucumber juice
snack: almonds and Whole Wheat tortilla, Apple
Pre Run: Oatmeal with wallnuts and almonds and srawerry
Post Run: Hammer recoverite and whey
Dinner: peach and nectarine
