Great race for me and almost a PR. However I lost my focus the last 1/4 mile and just let Andrew Schupp take 2nd , and I'm up set with my self now for letting that happen. I did not fully kick and that is unacceptable. but he did surge 5 or 6 times the last 3 miles opening a 10 meter lead and I responded to each one. hovever I did not surge back. or respond to his last surge.
