my legs have been dead the last 30 hours from the hills on monday, I was not even going to do the workout but wanted to at least try, I think the workout was just what I need to loosen up my legs. I was having a hard time walking all day today and yesterday, now I feel great, going to hit then foam roller and stretch the next few days and keep them feeling good for the race sunday.

The workout went well considering how my legs felt today. the 800s a bit slow and the miles about right, but I felt like I could run faster but did not want to push it today. But I feel faster than ever, I think if I had not ran hills monday and did not have a race at the end of the week I could done much better. Feeling ready to have a great race sunday.
