Felt much better this morning than yesterday. Felt good on hill sprints.
Looking foward to hour massage, should ne a good way to flush the legs and get ready for next week. might get some on my back as well, its felt a bit sore the lsat few days. Michelle is out of town. going to try to go to bed extra early and juice all weekend. feel I could use some sleep and drop a few pounds. Im at 159 now and would like to be at 154 by wedensday so I can eat some carbs put on a few pounds. and be ready to race sunday morning at 157 pounds.
