Notes
At mile 2 I did not think I was going to be able to hold 6:00 pace for very long. I started only thinking about the mile I was running, and keeping on track. Mile 7 was really the only time I did not run well. The Hill slowed me down but Most of all I did keep on track. The next 4 miles I had a bit of a hard time keeping pace, but at about mile 11 I felt great and was counting down the miles and knew I was about to have a great workout.
