Felt like I was running 8:00 pace, my garmin was way off first 2 miles. I checked the loop and it was seven miles so I dont know. I felt good. went to the gym after and did core workout foam roller and stretched.
This morning weight was 157LB! this is a new low. One day of juice and drop 3 pounds. CRAZY
Today I ate more food so It will go up, but I think adding a juice day a few times a week or meals a day might be successful.
Today's Foods
Breakfast (9:30am)
Juice: Strawberries, Apple, Blueberries and Hammer Whey
Lunch (12:00pm)
vegetable sandwich on whole wheat, fruit salad, (new seasons market)
Preworkout meal (3:15pm)
Oatmeal w/ almonds, walnuts and Strawberries
Post run/gym workout
Hammer Whey (5:10pm)
Dinner (8:15pm)
Juice: carrot, Spinach, Apple
Snack
cherries, pineapple
