Notes

Started at manning trail head ran to mile marker 10 and turned around felt good today. After run went to gym. Did foam roller and some core then hips and 3x15 on biceps, triceps, fly and bench.

Breakfast strawberries, rasberries, blueberries. Lunch banana and almonds. pre run powerbar. Post run hammer whey and recoverite. Dinner bread and pesto wheat pasta.

Legs sore from run, ez recovery on fields for tommarow.
