Felt like garbage durning the, but after the first few strides felt great. Felt good durning workout, untill last 200 and 400.

PM went to gym, good core and light upper body workout. foam roller and stretching Then 20 minutes in the Sauna.

Diet good today , ate a bit to much, however it was salad without dressing. So it could be worse.
