Still felling good, going to get a new HR strap dont think the one I have is right. 234HR for a 7:25 mile... Really?

I feel relly good on my runs and dont feel as if im pusing or running hard. legs and body feel great. Still need to drop 10 pounds, back on my diet. I was down to 165 but then took four days off and put on about 5 pounds. I plan to stay on the diet till portland marathon. I really feel much better when eating the right foods.
