8 Yasso 800's plus a half mile cool down. This went so well. I am going to do all 10 on Thursday, so that will make it about five miles, and I'll do a mile warm up and a mile cool down so it totals out to 7 miles. I really like the speed workouts. I am hoping that being about to do these really means I can do a marathon in my target time.
