About me: Was a successful distance runner in high school, and ran well in college too. After college tho, I got married, had kids, got a real job, and didn't have time for running. I averaged about 10 lbs of weight gain a year. I'd battle back at some milestones (175, 200, 230) but never really stuck it out. Now I have just started again and accompanied it with a decent diet. |
Why do I run: Cuz i loved how I felt when I was in shape. |
Why I started running: I hit 262 lbs, nothing fit, felt bad, and had to lose weight. I've run off an on much of my life (more off in the last dozen or so years.) Walking has been helping a lot with the weight, but I loved how I felt when I was in shape. |
