I had trouble getting into tempo mode after the hill. I had to do a few blowouts during the first mile before the tempo rhythm really "stuck." The last two miles were really solid though. Overall this is the best workout I have done in a long time. It was a great day out and I'm glad I was able to take advantage of it. Hopefully I can build on this workout each week. It was also nice to have a hill workout that didn't involve a single involuntary bm.
