Notes

I was optimistic because my hip didn't hurt right when I woke up. I felt it a few steps into my run though so I decided to just loop around the block (1 mile) and see how it felt afterwards. It didn't feel any better so I decided to call it a day. It's a little bit better then yesterday. I probably could have gotten some decent mileage in as long as I kept it at an easy warm up/cool down type pace. I'm not sure what I'll do tomorrow.
