Notes

The only way I can stay on a treadmill for any extended period of time is by doing a fartlek. Basically I hooked my ipod up to the speakers and did a fartlek with each song change. I was able to start before we closed because we were super dead and just finished my workout and closing time. Felt good to spend extended periods of time under 6 min pace and even a little time around 5:30 (treadmill only goes up to 5:27, but I'm skeptical as to whether or not I'm really running 5:27)
