Really happy with this workout. Going in all I really wanted was at least 4 repeats all under 80. Ended up locking in to 1:16 and then on the 4th I started hitting the backstretch a little bit harder and was able to keep up that pattern through the 6th interval. Very good starting point. Hoping to build on this week after week for the rest of the fall. At this point (subject to change) my goal is to 1) enjoy fall running, 2) be consistent, 3) get ready for a thanksgiving race and the Wheaton 5k at the start of December.
