Glorified Strides. 4x 1/4 mi with ~45sec rest.
Felt flat during the run but wanted to do something to open up. Decided that 4 quarters should do the trick. I was really just thinking that sub 6 would be fine. Just let the legs turn over at whatever pace they wanted. 5:20 it is. This was not a hard workout. Maybe I should have just hammered a mile to see what I could do.
