Unfortunately I erased my watch before I logged this run. I'm fairly confident in these times though. The 300 and 400 may have been a second faster. Either way this was a nice but quick workout. Tapped into anaerobic. Only 100m jog rest in between each except for the 200 I did after the 600. Previously I had been doing 500, 400, 300, 200, 200. But this was a way to add some distance and, I think, make it harder by not having all the shortest stuff at the end.

I'm not on the fast track to great shape. However, I am slowly but surely getting in worthwhile workouts with consistency.

Back to back 30mi weeks as well.
