I feel like I'm finally starting to have some of the anaerobic breakthroughs that were impossible to come by over the winter and early spring. Sub 75 felt like no big deal and a minute rest was plenty. 71sec last one was not all out. These intervals combined with the preceding fartlek is a great workout for a week that I'm racing - got some distance in, got some quality in, got some tempo in and still kept my legs underneath me.
