Notes

Quick anaerobic workout to start the day and finish off the training week. Chilly morning but calm and sunny. Headed up to the O'Gorman HS track. It's a really nice facility. I'm glad that (at this point, it seems like) I have fairly unrestricted access to it.

500, 300, 400, 200, 200 - 100m jog in between each rep. I haven't done anything even resembling this in a long time. Oxygen debt was easy to come by. You can see that especially in the 2nd to last 200.

Hopefully working more stuff like this into the training. Realistically, any races I do over the summer will be shorter. So stuff like this is helpful.
