Good workout. 1min rest in between intervals. Didn't want to get a super killer workout in because I want to get some more quality in over the weekend too, but this was still a good opportunity to go fast. Encouraged by how easy sub 75 felt. It hasn't been that easy in years. Definitely have a lot of room to improve tough. The easiness faded fairly quickly. The fact that I didn't drink much water today and didn't have lunch affected my workout too though.
