For some reason I thought that reintroducing anaerobic would be best done by jogging for 30seconds in between intervals. Nope. Should have done just a minute standing or at least 200m jogging. Or even 400/300/200 x3. Anything but what I did. First one felt really good. I was super surprised that I could even run that fast right now. The second one was clearly harder but it was no sign of things to come. 200m into the 3rd the monkey jumped on my back. I hadn't been in oxygen debt like this in months. I probably split that interval 37/41. The fourth one was even worse so I stopped after 300m and walked for 200m and finished with one last smooth quarter.
