1min rest in between intervals. I can tell I'm just in awful anaerobic shape. I need to work in more things like this. The first two were smooth. 3rd one got a bit harder and the last straight away of the last one was awful. I kinda compare this to some of the long runs I did back in July. A solid 2hr run at the time felt like a torture device. By September they felt like a toy that I could just play around with. If I consistently work in anaerobic to my training, hopefully a similar transition will happen.
