Very mediocre workout. Wanted to press at 5min pace but I just found myself tying up at the end of each repeat. Not a whole heck of a lot else to say. I would have liked these to have been faster. I am currently comfortable around 5:20-30 pace, which is good but the closer to 5flat stuff feels impossible to sustain, especially while working out on my own.
