Back at it again. I saw the doc and the x-rays showed no stress fracture. However, I still have metatarsal tendinitis and have been instructed to start an Aleve regimen which has done wonders. It makes me wonder if I would have started taking drugs earlier how quickly I could have gotten over my injuries... oh well.
Today's run felt pretty easy despite the quicker pace. I was surprised it was as fast as it was because I tried to stay conservative.
