Notes

800 repeats at goal pace for triathlon 5k with a minute rest between each. This felt like a very easy effort. I wanted to do more and go faster but didn't want to exacerbate my injuries. It felt like I couldn't push off my left achilles very well from my toes. My toe didn't bother me during the workout though so that was good. I had a lot of trouble running afterwards as I was hobbling on my achilles. Later that evening I was walking along just fine when I felt a sharp pain in my toe that made me yell. I could feel it crunch and it was not pleasant.
