Notes

Workout with the tri club that resembled a fartlek. Felt reeeeeeallly shitty on the first day back and my performance resembled that. Rest intervals went as slow as 8:30 pace while hard intervals went as fast as 5:30. SHITTTYYYYYY. Also dynamic leg work, jogging, and lunges for an extra half mile.
