Had a good workout today, that is I accomplished what I set out to do. I did 4xMile repeats with 70 seconds rests. They went as follows: 4:59, 4:58, 4:57, 4:55. I felt pretty strong, exausted obviously, but strong enough to complete each repeat faster each time (even though it was only marginal). The rest of my run (warmup-3miles, and cooldown-2miles) averaged about 5:50 pace. Ill probably try to double again this evening or probably tonight after work.
