Solid race today, not exactly where I wanted but I'm content with my time. First official 10k on the track. Felt strong through 5k-6k but fell off a bit after then. I had planned to stick with Aaron Mora from Chico and I executed that plan well for the first 15 laps, and he ended up running 29:59 which was exactly what I had hope for today. Oh well, I'll have another chance this year at least, and I know what I need to fix next time, so sub-30 should be very doable in the near future.
