Notes
Good run today, I was pretty tired this morning so I decided to run with my friend. We started up hills for the first 3 miles which was awful but after that I felt fine. Got into a groove and just went with it, felt pretty comfortable. Splits were 7:01, 6:51, 6:28, 6:11, 6:02, 5:49, 5:52, 5:41, 5:35, 5:31, 4:15. Hip was sore on the hills but felt good the last 6 miles.
