10x400m

Notes

Good workout today. We ran 10x400m at 66, 66, 63, 65, 64, 64, 63, 64, 63, 64. Felt hard but to be honest I think I could have done a few more. The rest was 75, 75, 75, 75, 180, 75, 75, 75, 90+. Only problem today was my peroneals on my right leg were extremely tight. I lessened them up a bit before the workout and they didn't bother me at all during the intervals but afterwards it was TIGHT. Only cooled down for a mile, then went to the trainers and had them work on it. Might take Saturday off, we'll see how sore it is though. Either way the workout went well, and I'm pretty excited to see what I can do this coming weekend and season!
