About 5 days into my break, but Coop and I decided to pace Annemarie today for some 500s. Not gonna lie it was harder than I expected even with 5 days off haha. Anyways great workout for her which is more important. Warm up (14:16 for 2.06 miles) and cool down (20:50 for 2.5/2.6 miles). Workout was 2 sets of 3x500m with a 2min rest between intervals and a 4min rest between sets. Reps averaged 83s with a couple 82s in there. Stoked to see how she does at regionals /nationals!
