Good workout (aside from the aforementioned). Goal was to hit 5, 6, 5:30, 5, etc..... Ended up going as follows: 5:02, 5:57, 5:30, 4:58, 5:52, 5:28, 4:42. I'm really surprised about that last mile and how good it felt. Last week I felt like I was struggling just to hit the second 5 flat mile, but today I felt relaxed and pretty strong finishing that last 4:42.
