Notes

Good workout today. 3x3x300s with a minute rest in between 300's and 3 minutes rest between sets. Did them as follows: (50, 49, 48), (50, 49, 48), (48, 47, 48). Hamstrings were locking up on the last set but it was still the fastest set so I guess it all worked out.
