Great workout today, felt strong and comfortable, but working hard. 8x600m repeats with 2:00 rest in between. Splits went as follows: (1:40.95), 1:38.70, (1:40.72),1:38.40, (1:39.26), 1:35.92, (1:38.30), 1:35.07. Solid progression on all of them.
