Good little tempo out on the dirt horse track by my house. Wasn't sure how I'd feel at first but I hit exactly where I wanted to hit for the workout. Plan was to start out at 5:10 and work my way down to normal tempo pace by cutting off 5 seconds each mile. Did exactly that or faster on each mile so I was pretty happy about that. Splits were- 5:09, 5:05, 4:57, 4:53
