Decent workout today. Didn't go the way I wanted it to go but I still hit decent times. Legs were just really tired and sore still from the past few days. Anyways the workout was 1600-1600-1600-800-200-200-200-200, splits were 4:44 - 4:36 - 4:34 - 2:14 - 31 - 31 - 30 - 30
