Notes

Another heat acclimation run, with temps in the mid-70s, though a bit shorter and slower than Sunday's run. No pains. No stiffness. Achilles is still a little sore when pinched but much better than after Sunday's run.

I feel like I could repeat today's run 7 days per week as long as I get enough sleep and otherwise don't overdo it. So, I intend to start running 5 days per week, with most runs about 5mi and a long run of about 10mi. That would be around 30mi, which is hopefully enough inside my mileage envelope to keep from making things worse. Maybe by early Summer I'll be able to build up a little, to about 45mi per week. That would set me up well if I decide to train for a fall marathon, which would likely mean about 55mi per week at the peak.
