Since I hadn't run anything really hard since October or so, I thought I'd see how much the legs could take before signing up for the Stag 5K here on campus two weeks. Started out at about 8:00 pace and then sped up .2mph about every quarter or so. Finished at 6:00 pace. I was fairly smooth at 6:30 pace but started to get a little jerky at 6:15 or so. I'm pretty sure I could do sub-20, but I'll need a lot more stamina and form work to go sub-19.
