Notes

Just a little trot on the treadmill to test out the ankle. No problems today. I also started doing some foot/ankle strengthening drills (see http://www.coachr.org/the_foot_drills.htm) in the field house. I think I'll keep doing this easy treadmill run + drills combination for a while before trying anything more strenuous. I'd rather be on the roads of course, but at least at the gym I can stop at the very first sign of trouble without having a long walk back to my car.
