I couldn't get out this morning so I ran at lunchtime. It was pretty hot, but not too bad. I think all of the balance drills I'm doing are stressing my post tib muscles, which seems to have brought on a mild case of MTSS (posterior shin splints), more in my left leg than my right. It's not bad enough to prevent me from running, but I won't be running on back-to-back days for a while.
