Notes

This is my new Monday routine. I'll be doing an easy run on the treadmill (with a fast finish, @6:40 pace for last .25mi) and then some work with the weights. I kept the weight work pretty light today, just quads, glutes, and calves. I'll add more stuff as I feel a little stronger.
