I woke up feeling a little run down after yesterday's weight session and never quite got going after my warmup. So, I stayed at recovery pace for the duration of the run. Even then, my HR felt a lot higher than normal for an easy run. I definitely need to pay attention to hydration today. Maybe I'll feel better tomorrow. If not, then I'll skip the weekend long run to give my body a break.
