Ran a MAF Test to see if I fully recovered from Saturday's 16 miler. It fairly well matched what I have in early August, so I'll take it that I'm recovered. I then ran the last mile at 6:40 pace to see how that felt. It looks like I'm going to need to hit the weights again, as I felt a slight twinge in my right hip flexor that I know would go away with some decent leg work.
