After the long drive on Friday my right foot was really achy (lateral side, align the fifth metatarsal), so I took yesterday off to let it settle down. It was a little tender today but not too bad. I did some peroneal stretches every couple hours, which seemed to help. By late-afternoon it felt pretty much normal.
It was 93F and humid when I left for the run, which meant I was probably limited as to how far I could go regardless of the foot. I'm icing my feet right now, which feels really nice.
