Notes

After 2 weeks of almost no running, it was good to get back out there. I've been doing a bunch more active isolated stretching (Wharton's Zones 1 and 5) and various drills to keep my legs from turning to goo. I'll likely ease back to regular running this week, but let's see how my ankles feel in the morning.
