Banged up my left heel somehow. Fortunately it was during a super easy recovery jog during a cutback week. Iced afterwards and it felt o.k. I just hope that I'm not getting bursitis back there.

I spent most of the morning seeing the orthopedist and the sports doc about my left shoulder.

The orthopedist confirmed that nothing seems to be structurally wrong, though he seemed concerned that I've now managed to mess up both shoulders. Maybe I've got an underlying health problem that is causing excess inflammation. He suggested that I get my blood sugar checked again. He said to keep working with the sports doc and then come back in 4 weeks to re-assess.

The sports doc did a bunch more ART on the shoulders and a little Graston on the left post tib muscle, which was sore after Sunday's FF long run. He could feel the post tib problem ('kinda crunchy today') without me pointing it out to him. The Graston smoothed it right out. Neat!
