Notes

After several days of extra balance and drill work for my ankles/calves/glutes, I finally got back out there for a short easy run. My balance is getting much better now (45 seconds on either leg with eyes closed) and my achilles hasn't hurt in a while now. It will take me some time to rebuild my fitness but I've got plenty of that to spare and will try to be patient this time around.
