The plan said to run hills today, but I'm still not fully recovered from the hills this past weekend. So, instead of running up Sport Hill again, I ran a more moderately hilly route that included Grandview hill. I hope I'm recovered by Thursday, when I was thinking of doing a race pace tempo run.
